Maagnus General Terms and "Early Bird" Launch Offer

Preamble
These general terms govern the use of Maagnus, an extension developed by GMM Solutions SNC for Shopify store owners, providing a data collection service during the checkout process. By signing up for the "Early Bird" offer or using Maagnus after its official launch, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Maagnus allows sellers to collect data during the checkout process by adding an extra step where customers can receive a discount in exchange for specific information. This data is used solely for statistical purposes to improve marketing targeting and is not sold to third parties. Maagnus complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Access and Usage Conditions
The use of Maagnus is exclusively reserved for Shopify store owners who accept these terms. The extension must be used in accordance with the provided guidelines, without modification or attempts to bypass security features.
Billing and Payment Policy
Early Bird Offer: Lifetime access to the Enterprise level for a one-time payment of $319. This payment is non-refundable except in the case of significant delays or project cancellation. In the event of a delay, users will be informed and will have the option to request a refund.
Post-Launch Subscriptions (Available from August 31, 2025):
Standard: $89 per month for up to 100 form submissions.
Enterprise: $119 per month for unlimited form submissions.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payments must be made through a valid payment method registered in Shopify. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in advance.
Non-payment: Access to Maagnus may be suspended or terminated in case of payment failure.
Update and Maintenance Policy
Maagnus will be updated regularly to improve the application and fix potential bugs. Users will be notified of any significant maintenance that may impact access to the application.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the integrity of the information they collect through Maagnus and must ensure that their use of the application remains compliant with all applicable laws, including GDPR.
Intellectual Property
GMM Solutions SNC holds the rights to the Maagnus software, including its code, images, and documentation. The use of the application does not grant users any intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
GMM Solutions SNC cannot be held liable for any losses or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the use of Maagnus, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Privacy Policy
The data collected by Maagnus is processed confidentially and securely. For more details, please refer to our full privacy policy.
Termination Conditions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the Shopify dashboard, with immediate effect at the end of the current billing period, without refunds for unused periods.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with 30 days’ notice. Users will be informed of the changes via email and our Shopify App Store page.
